Since 2019, I’ve been devoted to a regular journaling practice, which is the practice I’d most recommend to anyone. When we’re reflecting, unpacking, and drifting around only in our heads, it’s hard for thoughts to be clear or organized, so writing can be a sort of salvation in that regard. Sometimes we don’t know how we feel or what we think until we write it down.
